It is the assignment of a specific family to Al Qalhati and Al Masroori Advocates and Legal Consultancy for a period of one year or more, during which the firm serves as the family’s representative and legal advisor. This includes representing the family in various settings, and providing consultations before making decisions or when facing issues at home, work, in the market, during travel or in any other setting. These services span across social, administrative, and economic matters, covering both internal family affairs and external relations with others.

Three Steps to Enrolling in the Family Lawyer Program
- First: The family representative should register through our website www.qmlawyers.om through the “Family Lawyer” window.
- Second: Meet with the consultant to agree on the outline (the meeting can be held remotely)
- Third: Signing the contract agreement (remotely or in presence)
Contracting Options and Fees for the Family Lawyer Program
- Option 1: Payment of a fixed monthly fee, agreed upon by both parties, which takes into account the number of family members enrolled in the program and the number of hours allocated to the client in one month
- Option 2: Hourly calculation method, where the hourly rate is determined based on the tiers of lawyers, as follows: from the highest level (legal advisor, senior lawyer, appellate lawyer, primary lawyer, trainee lawyer).

- The program covers a number of family members or even one person.
